How to Place Your Order
Orders can be placed easily right here on the website using any device—phone, tablet, or computer. If you’re local, you’re also welcome to stop by in person. To keep things running smoothly, we aren’t able to accept print files by email.

Checkout Tips
When checking out, please make sure the billing details you enter match your payment information exactly. Our system uses this info to securely process your order, and mismatched details can cause issues.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes that includes your order number and a full summary. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your junk or spam folder just in case!

Sizing Info
All print sizes are listed in inches. We print everything from wallet-sized 2.5×3.5” photos all the way up to extra-large 40"x95” poster prints.

Looking for a Custom Size?
No problem—we’re happy to accommodate! Just order the nearest size available and mention your exact desired dimensions in the comment box at checkout. If there’s any pricing difference, we’ll follow up with you before printing.

Most orders are printed and ready to be shipped within 1–2 business days. Larger or specialty prints may take a bit longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

We ship all orders via Canada Post, with larger items sent through Purolator for added reliability. If you choose Expedited Post during checkout, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way. If you choose Regular Post there is no tracking available for the order but you will receive a shipping notification when the order ships.
